I.                    Composite essence basic principle

1.       Similar matching: closed aroma type can match easily, such as: fruit aroma: orange, banana, pineapple, pear, peach, apple, strawberry and tropic fruit, etc.

2.       Set off each other: protrude own flavor, at the same time, it can compensate and coordinate with each other such as: fruit aroma match milk, egg match milk, fruit aroma match tea and so forth.

3.       Traditional method: popular traditional match, such as sweet-scented osmanthus and red bean, sticky rice and jujube.
